You will be instrumental in crafting superior consumer experiences that foster engagement, drive growth, and enhance our brand presence. This vital role requires a dynamic leader with extensive product management experience, particularly within consumer-focused, growth-oriented organizations. As the VP of Product, you'll advocate for the voice of the customer, direct cross-functional teams, and guarantee a seamless and personalized product experience across digital channels. Key Responsibilities: Oversee the end-to-end product strategy. Build and nurture a high-performing product team. Uphold accountability to key performance indicators (KPIs). The ideal candidate will have at least 15 years of product management experience, including a minimum of 5 years in a leadership capacity. A strong background in scaling consumer products, direct-to-consumer platforms, or e-commerce experiences is essential, alongside a deep understanding of user behavior and needs.
