We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Administrator / Developer to join our team in Danielson, CT. This role is 100% on site.
As the Salesforce Administrator / Developer, you will:
Design, implement and maintain solutions for Salesforce applications and data.
Provide technical support to global end-users, managing escalated and complex issues related to Salesforce applications and data.
Engage with different business units, gathering requirements and understanding their operational challenges.
Evaluate system performance and identify areas for improvement, recommending and implementing enhancements to optimize workflows and system efficiency.
The successful candidate should have: Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or a related field.
Salesforce certifications such as Salesforce Manufacturing Cloud, Administrator, CRM Analytics for Manufacturing Cloud, Sales Agreements and Forecasting.
5+ years' experience in a leading Salesforce technical support and development role, with demonstrated experience handling advanced-level issues.
Possess a firm grasp of modern technologies and possess a proven track record in continuous improvement, process optimization, data analytics and visualization, as well as stakeholder collaboration.
