Bilingual Customer Service Representative

Join our team as a Bilingual Customer Service Representative, where you will play a pivotal role in supporting our wholesale and retail clients. You will assist customers in identifying their needs, responding to inquiries about Sherwin-Williams products, and providing tailored solutions to enhance their experience. Your contribution will be vital in resolving any customer concerns promptly, ensuring maximum satisfaction, and keeping up-to-date with our product offerings. Responsibilities include: Delivering exceptional customer service to ensure high levels of satisfaction Engaging with customers both face-to-face and over the phone to determine their needs and recommend suitable products and services Building trusting relationships with wholesale and retail customers Accurately processing sales transactions in line with company policies Aiming to achieve monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales goals Maintaining meticulous work order files and formulas Retrieving products from the sales floor or warehouse as needed Mixing and tinting products according to customer specifications Restocking shelves and setting up eye-catching displays Keeping store equipment clean and organized Assisting with loading/unloading delivery trucks as necessary Supporting delivery operations as required Ensuring assigned areas are stocked and visually appealing Staying knowledgeable about product offerings and available options Adhering to inventory control measures Providing suggestions to enhance sales performance Minimum Requirements: Must be at least eighteen (18) years of age Must have authorization to work in the country without requiring visa sponsorship Proficiency in reading, writing, and communicating in both English and Spanish Possession of a valid, unrestricted Driver's License Physical ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs frequently and up to 70 lbs occasionally with or without reasonable accommodation Willingness to work all scheduled hours, including evenings and weekends Preferred Qualifications: High School diploma or GED At least one (1) year of experience in delivery, retail, or customer service Background in selling paint and related products Experience with tinting and mixing equipment The individual selected for this role may be expected to work at stores within a 30-mile radius of Store #701041 located at: 1470 Main Street, Buffalo NY 14209.
