Senior Oracle Fusion ERP Consultant

Join our team as a Senior Oracle Fusion ERP Consultant, where you'll play a crucial role in shaping our global business processes utilizing Oracle Fusion ERP solutions. This position focuses on key areas within Finance, including Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Cash Management, and Tax. Your expertise will directly impact our operational efficiency through implementation, documentation, and audits. Key Responsibilities: Drive the implementation of robust business solutions using Oracle Cloud Fusion applications to streamline and enhance Financial solutions - AP, AR, CM, and Tax. Lead business process reengineering efforts in collaboration with business units, aligning solutions with the UniFirst Global Template. Oversee integration processes with third-party applications pertinent to Financial solutions, ensuring seamless master data management and transaction processing. Partner with strategic implementation partners to design, configure, and deploy new functionalities, ensuring proper documentation before progressing through build activities. Evaluate and implement opportunities for new functionalities to continually enhance Oracle EBS applications. Facilitate ongoing steady state operations for deployed solutions, managing regular global project meetings. Analyze quarterly Oracle Cloud Fusion updates for defined business processes and relevant modules. Create comprehensive documentation that serves as a foundation for testing and training materials. Collaborate with fellow ERP team members and IT infrastructure teams to ensure smooth operational support. Attend the office 50% of the time with increased presence during critical initiatives like UAT and PROD cutover. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or a related field. Minimum of 10 years of experience deploying functional solutions on the Oracle ERP Financial platform, particularly R12. At least 7 years of experience in R12 Financial solutions: AP, AR, CM, and Tax. Experience with Oracle Cloud Fusion (SaaS) ERP Financial solutions, particularly end-to-end implementations. Proficient in SQL and PL/SQL for data extraction and analysis. Strong project management and operational skills across multiple financial processes. Experience supporting SOX compliance and understanding the ERP implementation lifecycle.
