ARDMS certified Ultrasound Technologist
for an acute-care medical facility
near Giddings, Texas!
Ultrasound Tech Key Responsibilities: Perform diagnostic ultrasound exams to provide high-quality images for accurate physician interpretation. Collaborate closely with physicians to deliver detailed sonographic imaging for optimal patient diagnosis. Prepare patients by explaining procedures, positioning them correctly for imaging, and ensuring their comfort. Maintain, calibrate, and troubleshoot ultrasound equipment to meet safety and quality standards. Accurately document procedures and manage patient records in electronic systems. Ensure a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with infection control protocols. Provide compassionate and patient-focused care during all procedures. Sonographer Qualifications:
Must hold Texas state licensure as an Ultrasound Technologist. ARDMS certification (American Registry for Diagnostic Medical Sonography) required. At least 1 year of ultrasound experience required. Benefits:
