Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) . This is your opportunity to play a critical role in surgical procedures while advancing your career in a supportive and community-focused healthcare setting.
Key Responsibilities: Pre-Surgical Preparation : Prepare operating rooms by organizing surgical instruments, supplies, and sterile drapes in accordance with procedural needs. Assisting During Surgery : Pass instruments and supplies to surgeons and maintain a sterile field throughout each procedure. Equipment Management : Operate, inspect, and maintain surgical instruments and equipment, ensuring functionality before and during operations. Patient Safety & Sterility : Rigorously apply aseptic techniques and adhere to infection control protocols to ensure the highest standards of safety. Post-Surgical Duties : Support OR clean-up and assist with the decontamination and sterilization of surgical tools and equipment. Qualifications:
Graduate of an
accredited Surgical Technology program Certified Surgical Technologist (CST)
credential through NBSTSA (or ability to obtain) Basic Life Support (BLS)
certification (required) Skills & Experience :
Strong attention to detail and the ability to stay composed in high-pressure environments Excellent communication and teamwork skills Familiarity with OR procedures, tools, and sterile techniques Previous surgical tech experience preferred, but
new graduates are welcome
