Bloomer, WI Pay Range:
$26 - $32.50 per hour based on experience What You Will Do: Respond quickly to customer inquiries and manage service tickets for efficient resolutions. Conduct on-farm service calls and installations, offering hands-on support to customers. Maintain accurate records of all service activities for invoicing and parts tracking. Perform preventative maintenance checks to ensure all units are operating at optimal levels. Collaborate with production teams to assemble and install electrical and mechanical components. What We Are Looking For: Technical diploma or equivalent experience in electromechanical or mechatronic systems. 2-4 years of experience in field service, diagnostics, and hands-on repair work. Strong documentation skills and proficiency in software data entry. Ability to read and interpret wiring diagrams, with familiarity in PLC and HMI control systems.
