Key Responsibilities
Diagnostic Testing & Analysis Perform complex diagnostic testing on blood, tissue, and body fluids using advanced laboratory methods. Instrument Operation & Maintenance
Operate, calibrate, and maintain high-tech laboratory equipment to ensure accurate performance. Result Interpretation & Clinical Collaboration
Analyze and interpret laboratory data and work closely with healthcare providers to support effective patient care. Quality Assurance & Regulatory Compliance
Ensure compliance with regulatory standards (CLIA, CAP, etc.) through regular quality control and audit procedures. Team Support & Mentorship
Offer guidance and leadership to lab technicians while promoting a collaborative and safety-focused work culture. Qualifications
Education:
Bachelor's degree in Medical Laboratory Science, Clinical Laboratory Science, or a related field. Certification:
ASCP certification (MLS, CLS, or MT) or equivalent (e.g., AMT). New graduates eligible for certification are encouraged to apply. Skills & Experience:
Strong knowledge of laboratory procedures, safety protocols, and instrumentation Proficient in Laboratory Information Systems (LIS) Effective communication and collaboration skills Analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities Previous leadership or mentoring experience is a plus What We Offer
