City of Phoenix IT - GIS Geospatial Project Manager - 144479 (Hybrid)
Hybrid position.
SUMMARY
A local municipality is transitioning and migrating their existing Geometric Network (GN) for water/sewer/storm drain infrastructure to a more advanced Utility Network (UN) through Esri. The migration aims to improve system functionality, enhance data quality, and enable advanced analytical capabilities.
This GIS Project Manager will play a critical role in the technical aspect of this project and serve as the main liaison between the municipality and Esri support team.
DELIVERABLES
Enhance and drive existing detailed migration plan
Proof of Concept Validation
Utility Network
Updated APIs and Applications
Validation Reports
Training Manuals
Project Documentation
Oversight of GIS applications team
MUST HAVES
Bachelor's degree in business, computer science, GIS, or a related field (or equivalent work experience)
Minimum of 5 years of technical GIS experience
Knowledge of specific GIS applications and modules
PLUSSES
Previous leadership or management experience
Previous experience with a GIS migration
