JOB SUMMARY: The Medical Assistant/X-ray Technician will deliver essential clinical care, perform x-ray testing utilizing your anatomical knowledge, and support our healthcare team to enhance patient experiences. This PRN (per diem) position will have a flexible schedule based on the needs of our patients. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: As a member of our team, you will: Greet patients promptly and warmly upon arrival. Communicate clearly with patients regarding wait times and next steps. Address patient concerns efficiently and ask for help during emergencies. Follow up with patients swiftly to ensure satisfaction. Assist the front desk with patient check-in/out when necessary. Accurately obtain, document, and manage patient vital signs and medical histories. Support patient transfers and assist with provider-supervised procedures. Follow proper documentation procedures for patient visits. WHAT'S REQUIRED? To be successful in this role, you should possess: A high school diploma or equivalent. BLS Certification. A minimum of 1 year of experience as a Medical Assistant is preferred. Medical Assistant Certificate and ARRT certification are preferred.
