Join our team as an Oracle Cloud ERP Technical / Functional Financial Systems Lead, where you will play a crucial role in transforming and optimizing our finance processes through Oracle Fusion ERP solutions. You will be responsible for ensuring the successful implementation and ongoing support of key financial areas including Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Cash Management, and Tax.
Key Responsibilities:
Drive the implementation of holistic business solutions utilizing Oracle Cloud Fusion applications to enhance the management of financial processes - AP, AR, CM, Tax.
Lead business process reengineering initiatives in collaboration with business units to align solutions with the UniFirst Global Template.
Support integration efforts with third-party applications across financial solutions, focusing on master data management and financial transactions.
Facilitate AP processes including IDR utilization and integration with Tungsten (Kofax).
Manage AR processes, integrating with internal solutions for invoicing.
Oversee Cash Management operations including bank integration and Bill Trust.
Leverage third-party tax applications such as Vertex for tax solutions.
Coordinate with strategic partners to lead the design, configuration, testing, and deployment of functionality, ensuring thorough documentation and adherence to change management processes.
Evaluate new functionality opportunities within Oracle EBS applications to enhance business processes.
Manage Master Data Management (MDM) requirements ensuring high-quality data during business transitions.
Facilitate ongoing support of deployed solutions, organizing global status meetings with key stakeholders.
Establish and track critical KPIs to assess business process efficiency and effectiveness.
Analyze Oracle Cloud Fusion updates to proactively address any necessary changes in defined processes and modules.
Create comprehensive process documentation to aid in training and communication efforts.
Support training for Process Owners, Super Users, and End Users, including onboarding initiatives.
Collaborate across teams to ensure responsive change management and operational support.
Participate in supporting the infrastructure needs of Oracle Cloud Fusion solutions for continuous improvement projects.
This position requires a hybrid work model, with 50% on-site attendance and increased presence during strategic initiatives (e.g., UAT and production cutover).
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or a related field.
A minimum of 10 years of relevant technical or functional experience with Oracle ERP Financial platforms.
7+ years working with R12 Financial solutions: AP, AR, CM, Tax.
5+ years of experience implementing Oracle Cloud Fusion ERP Financial solutions.
Experience integrating ERP systems with best-in-class third-party solutions and master data management.
Knowledgeable in project financial cutover activities and geographic compliance.
Advanced skills in JIRA for project tracking and traceability.
Proficient in SQL and PL/SQL for data analysis and extraction.
Familiarity with SOX compliance and auditing procedures.
