We're a fast-growing service provider supporting commercial and industrial clients across the U.S. We're looking for skilled, dependable Foreman Electricians with a leadership mindset and the flexibility to travel regionally or nationwide. This role involves leading crews on heavy commercial electrical projects across industrial job sites. While the environments are industrial, the scopes are typically straightforward and time-sensitive. You'll be responsible for managing labor, timelines, and onsite coordination while maintaining safety and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
Lead a crew of at least 4 (typically 2 licensed electricians and 2 apprentices)
Manage project schedules, labor, and on-site execution under tight deadlines
Read and interpret blueprints, one-liners, and electrical schematics
Oversee and perform installations for:
Conduit and wiring
Generator and UPS systems
Low- and medium-voltage systems
Maintain daily communication with project managers and internal teams
Enforce safety practices and adherence to project specifications
Provide clear, professional written and verbal updates
What We're Looking For
Experience leading commercial or industrial electrical projects
Strong decision-making skills in the field
Willingness to work up to 60 hours per week
Must be open to extensive travel
Ability to work independently and lead a crew with minimal supervision
High standards for professionalism, reliability, and accountability
Qualifications
Journeyman Electrician License required
5+ years of field experience in electrical construction
Prior foreman or leadership experience
Familiarity with electrical codes, installation practices, and safety protocols
Proficient in blueprint and schematic reading
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
Compensation
$35 - $45 per hour, depending on experience and a successful interview
