Receptionist
to join their team. Salary/Hourly Rate: $25/hr - $28/hr Position Overview: As the first point of contact for clients and visitors, the Receptionist plays a crucial role in creating a positive and welcoming impression of our company. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional communication skills, a polished demeanor, and a keen eye for detail. This position requires a high level of professionalism, discretion, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. Responsibilities of the Receptionist:
Greet and welcome visitors, clients, and employees with a warm and professional attitude. Ensure the reception area is clean, organized, and presentable always.
Answer and direct incoming calls promptly and courteously. Manage and screen phone calls, taking accurate messages when necessary.
Coordinate and schedule appointments, meetings, and conference room bookings. Maintain accurate and up-to-date calendars for executives and team members.
Provide administrative support to various departments, including data entry, filing, and document preparation. Assist with special projects as needed.
Manage visitor logs, issue visitor badges, and ensure visitors are escorted to their address, and resolve inquiries and issues from clients and visitors in a professional and timely manner. Provide information about the company’s services and facilities.
Required Experience/Skills for the Receptionist:
Minimum of 3 years of experience in a Receptionist or front desk role, preferably in a corporate or professional environment.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint).
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Friendly, approachable, and customer-focused attitude.
Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
Preferred Experience/Skills for the Receptionist:

Familiar with financial institutions
Education Requirements:
High School diploma required.
Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
Additional education or certifications in office administration or related fields are a plus.
