Monitor resident needs and safety, promptly communicating any changes or concerns to nursing staff. Work collaboratively with the nursing team to accurately record vital signs and maintain detailed records of activities of daily living (ADLs). Ensure a clean and safe environment by adhering to infection control protocols. Respond quickly to resident call lights and routinely assess and verify that all resident needs are met. Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Minimum of one year of experience working with the geriatric population.
