Key Responsibilities: Perform a wide range of clinical laboratory tests in Chemistry, Hematology, Microbiology, Blood Banking, Clinical Microscopy, and Immunology
Analyze and report results accurately and efficiently to support diagnostic and treatment decisions
Operate, maintain, and troubleshoot laboratory instruments and equipment
Ensure compliance with laboratory protocols and regulatory standards
May occasionally assist with phlebotomy as needed
Job Requirements
Qualifications:
ASCP certification (or equivalent)
Valid North Dakota Medical Technologist license or Provisional Permit
Bachelor's degree in Medical Laboratory Science
Completion of a clinical internship in a medical laboratory setting
Official diploma or transcript from an accredited institution
Preferred:
Solid experience in one or more of the following areas: blood bank, chemistry, hematology Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy Comfortable working independently, especially during off-hours Team-oriented with strong communication skills
