Unit: LTC/SNF - PRN LPN
Shift: All shifts available
Shift Length: Varies based on facility needs
Experience Required: Minimum 1 year
Care Setting: Post Acute
Charting System: PointClickCare
Additional Notes: PRN position; must be flexible and willing to cover both Luverne and Canby, MN areas
Requirements
Active CNA license (License submission required)
BLS Certification
Comfortable working in a skilled nursing/long-term care environment
Willingness to float between nearby facilities
Cancellation Policy: Minimum of 2 hours' notice required
