StroudCorp's Property Management division is looking for a qualified Property Management Specialist. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership and customer service skills. This position will be responsible for communicating with tenants and property owners, processing financial matters, managing property maintenance, and keeping operational systems in place and up to date. This position requires someone who has strong computer skills, is able to take initiative, is well organized, and is detail-oriented. Prior experience in property management is a bonus. Responsibilities: • Coordinates and manages all facets of resident move-in and move-outs including processing applications to ensure smooth processes • Show units and generate excitement from prospective tenants to ensure all units are leased in a timely manner • Help create and organize marketing initiatives that generate excitement and new qualified leads/leases • Collects rent, pays bills, schedules and keeps track of expenditures to help ensure financial goals • Works with organizational processes to support accurate record keeping, efficient financial transactions, and prompt renter complaint resolution • Oversees the timely and successful completion of property maintenance and inspections • Efficiently and effectively manage the database system while improving and documenting operational procedures Qualifications: • Great with people– warm, friendly and helpful in person and on the phone • Customer service or real estate sales background preferred • Highly developed written and oral communication skills, including the ability to communicate across digital platforms • Effective time management, including prioritization of time-sensitive items and the ability to meet deadlines • Proficiency with word processing software and other operational system tools Compensation: $16 - $24 hourly
