Monitor patient behaviors, including vital signs and responses to treatments. Collaborate with Registered Nurses to report observations and deliver care. Build meaningful relationships with patients, addressing their physical, mental, and emotional needs to support their recovery. Celebrate patient successes along the way. Qualifications: Current LPN/LVN licensure in accordance with state regulations. CPR certification. Preferred: One year of experience in an inpatient medical-surgical or general hospital setting.
