The expected salary range for this position is $152,100 to $169,000, depending on experience, along with a thorough benefits package that includes bonuses and a 401(k). PRIMARY ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES As an Engineering Manager, you will leverage your advanced technical and engineering problem-solving skills to support nuclear plant operations. Acting as a resource and technical expert, you will make crucial technical decisions while providing depth of knowledge in your functional discipline. Your accountabilities will include: Delivering in-depth technical expertise to manage and implement engineering analyses and programs. Consulting as a subject matter expert to identify and resolve equipment and system issues. Leading both short-term and long-term engineering programs that impact site operations. Executing engineering assignments while ensuring the accuracy, completeness, and timely delivery of your work. Conducting independent research and analyses to support various technical projects. Recommending innovative equipment or techniques to enhance performance, streamline construction, reduce costs, or comply with changing regulations. MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS B.S. in Engineering or equivalent Professional Engineering license. Minimum of 7 years of engineering experience, including at least 1 year at the Engineer 3 level. Proven performance over the last year in the top half of the Engineer 3 band. Experience working in a Commercial Nuclear Power Plant environment. PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS Professional Engineer registration and/or advanced technical degrees or related coursework are highly desirable.
