$24.00 - $36.00 Department Details If you are seeking a flexible opportunity that supports multiple locations within a 150-mile radius of your home, this could be the right fit for you. We offer mileage reimbursement to ensure your travel is covered. Premium Pay Rates: $5/hour premium on all hours worked $1.25/hour weekend shift differential $1.25/hour evening/night shift differential (6:00 PM - 6:00 AM) Experience Requirements: Preferably 6 months of long-term care experience, with a minimum of 3 months required. Scheduling Requirements: Minimum of 30 hours per month One weekend shift per month Job Summary The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) provides essential nursing care for residents of all ages in long-term care settings, under the supervision of a registered nurse or physician. You will demonstrate your expertise by following age-specific standards and implementing care plans tailored to the residents' physical and psychosocial needs. Your ability to recognize and address problems, provide critical care, and document interactions will greatly enhance the health and well-being of our residents.
