Radiology Technicians and Medical Assistants

Washington Regional Urgent Care is expanding and seeking dedicated individuals to become an integral part of our dynamic healthcare team. About Us: As a proud affiliate of Urgent Team, we operate six locations in Northwest Arkansas, providing quality and affordable family healthcare. Our walk-in centers offer a variety of services, including injury and illness treatment as well as occupational health. We are committed to excellence and safety, recognized by the Urgent Care Association as Accredited Care Centers. What You Will Do: Perform x-ray procedures while utilizing your knowledge of anatomy and physiology. Operate diagnostic equipment and ensure proper patient preparation and safety throughout the process. Develop radiology films and assist in maintaining a safe and clean environment. Perform essential Medical Assistant duties and assist with patient flow in the clinic. Work on a full-time basis with a rotating schedule of 36-40 hours per week, including 12-hour shifts and every other weekend. For PRN (per diem) positions, you will be scheduled as needed. Key Responsibilities: Greet and assist patients efficiently; keep them informed about their wait times and next steps. Document patient vital signs, histories, and any pertinent information accurately. Conduct radiology procedures promptly and prepare patients while ensuring their safety and comfort. Maintain and troubleshoot diagnostic equipment; report any issues immediately. Engage in ongoing education to enhance your diagnostic imaging skills and knowledge. Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent. BLS Certification. Current AR State X-Ray License. ARRT Certification preferred. Experience as a Medical Assistant is a plus.
