to contribute to accurate diagnostics and quality treatment for our patients.
Job Summary
As a
Medical Laboratory Technologist , you will perform a variety of diagnostic tests, including chemical, microscopic, serologic, hematologic, immunohematologic, parasitic, and bacteriologic analyses. Your expertise will provide essential data for disease diagnosis and treatment while ensuring compliance with quality and regulatory standards.
Education & Certification Requirements Associate's or Bachelor's Degree
in Medical Technology, Chemistry, Biology, or a related field. Certification/Licensure as a
Medical Lab Scientist (MLS) or Medical Lab Technician (MLT)
by ASCP (American Society for Clinical Pathology) or equivalent. Key Responsibilities
Perform and interpret tests across all areas of the clinical laboratory, including blood bank, chemistry, hematology, microbiology, serology/immunology, urinalysis, and coagulation. Ensure accuracy and reliability of results by conducting quality control checks and equipment calibrations. Stay updated on new testing methods, equipment, and best practices in laboratory medicine. Communicate critical lab values to patient care units and physicians promptly. Follow infection control procedures and Standard Precautions for laboratory safety. Benefits Offered:
