Delivery Driver, you will play a vital role in our team and be a key representative of our organization. You will have a direct impact on our customers by delivering a variety of products, including meats, produce, frozen goods, groceries, dry goods, equipment, and supplies to their designated locations. Your efforts are essential to our success, rooted in our cultural beliefs, strong work ethic, collaborative spirit, and commitment to service. Provide top-notch Customer Service. Ensure timely deliveries to meet scheduled times while maintaining productivity. Unload products with a hand truck and organize items in the customer's storage area. Perform repeated manual heavy lifting of items weighing up to 80 pounds. Make frequent stops throughout the work shift. Deliver products in various weather conditions. Confirm delivery of items with customers. QUALIFICATIONS: Must be 21 years of age or older. Possess a valid CDL Class A license issued by your state with necessary endorsements and DOT qualifications. A high school diploma or GED is preferred. Valid U.S. driver’s license issued by your state of residence with proper endorsements if required. No more than two traffic violation convictions in the past two years, no DUI convictions in the past three years, and no driver's license suspensions in the past three years. A minimum of six months of commercial driving experience (any industry) OR three months of experience in food and beverage delivery is required. Must pass a DOT physical exam. The expected pay range for this role is $30.32 to $37.90 per hour, along with overtime compensation.
