Acuren is currently looking for qualified
NDT Level II Multi-Cert Technicians w/Gas Turbine Experience .
(GE 7HA and 7E training a huge plus)
for operations in Augusta GA and surrounding areas.
THIS WILL BE A CALLOUT/TRAVEL POSITION. Successful candidates must be able to travel up to 75% throughout GA, SC, AL, and FL. (Environments will be Pulp & Paper, Gas Plants, Refineries and Pharmaceuticals.)

Set up and calibrate nondestructive testing equipment
Conduct tests to ensure quality or detect discontinuities (defects) using NDT methods of inspection Establish techniques for proper examination of objects under inspection, ensuring strict adherence to safety regulations Apply testing criteria in accordance with applicable specifications or standards and evaluate results Organize and report test results Perform specialized inspections May instruct and supervise others Perform other job related tasks as assigned by management Requirements
GE 7HA and 7E training a huge plus High School Diploma or equivalent Some college preferred NDT Level II Certification - MT, PT, VT, UTT Ability to read and interpret blueprints Technical background in NDT methods and procedures Demonstrated ability to effectively perform assigned NDT tasks and interpret results of inspections Knowledge of NDT equipment Benefits

Outside environment with continuous physical effort, exposure to 5-7 elements/conditions, moderate mental effort, and occasional requests for assistance. Travel may be required. Mobility such as reaching, kneeling/crawling, bending/crouching, and frequency/duration in which action is required.
