Mass General Brigham is seeking experienced Primary Care physicians to join our Regional Care Team
a unique opportunity offering variety, flexibility, and work-life balance.
The Regional Primary Care Physician will be based at one practice location and provide in-person care for patients within the local Mass General Brigham network whose primary care provider is on leave or transitioning.
Rather than managing your own panel, youll step into a well-resourced clinic and be supported by our Virtual Care Team, Medical Access Coordinators, Behavioral Health Team, and After-Hours Call Program. Why You'll Love This Role:

Board Certified in Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, or Med-Peds 3+ years of primary care experience Licensed (or eligible) in Massachusetts and/or New Hampshire Comfortable with technology and adaptable to new settings Willing to provide coverage across the Greater Boston area

Actual compensation will be determined during the selection process and is based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to relevant experience, education, and internal equity.
