QA Testers/Lead

As a QA Testers/Lead, you will:
Test Planning and Execution: • Develop, execute, and manage comprehensive test plans and test cases for healthcare claims finance systems, ensuring thorough coverage of critical functionalities and financial processes. Defect Management: • Identify, document, and track defects, escalating critical issues to development and business stakeholders, ensuring timely resolution. Performance Testing: • Conduct performance testing to ensure system stability and scalability under various workloads, identifying potential bottlenecks and performance issues. Test Automation: • Drive the adoption of test automation tools and frameworks to improve test execution efficiency and reduce manual testing efforts. Compliance and Regulatory Knowledge: • Stay current with healthcare claims finance regulations, industry standards, and best practices, ensuring all testing activities comply with these requirements. Team Leadership and Mentoring: • Mentor and guide junior testers, providing technical expertise and guidance, fostering a collaborative and high- performing testing team. Stakeholder Communication: • Collaborate with development, business, and other stakeholders to understand requirements, communicate test results, and ensure alignment on testing strategies. Process Improvement: • Identify areas for improvement in the testing process and implement changes to enhance efficiency and quality. Root Cause Analysis: • Conduct root cause analysis of defects and failures to identify systemic issues and prevent recurrence. Data Validation: • Validate the accuracy and integrity of financial data within the claims processing system, ensuring data consistency and accuracy. System Integration Testing: • Participate in system integration testing to ensure seamless integration of healthcare claims finance systems with other enterprise systems. Regression Testing: • Conduct regression testing to ensure that new code changes do not introduce unintended issues or break existing functionality. Ad-hoc Testing: • Perform ad-hoc testing to address specific issues or requirements as they arise. Healthcare Claims Finance Expertise: Possess a strong understanding of healthcare claims processes, including eligibility verification, claims processing, and payment reconciliation. Understand the complexities of healthcare finance, including billing codes, payment methodologies, and regulatory requirements. Collaborate with business analysts and subject matter experts to understand requirements and ensure that automated tests are aligned with business needs. Collaboration and Communication:
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, business analysts, and product managers. Communicate test results and findings clearly and concisely. Contribute to the improvement of testing processes and procedures. The Candidate must have skills:
Proficiency in test automation frameworks and tools (e.g., Selenium, Cucumber, TestNG, JUnit). Experience with scripting languages (e.g., Java, Python, JavaScript). Experience in HRP testing Experience with CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI). Strong understanding of software testing methodologies and best practices. Familiarity with healthcare claims processes and finance concepts. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. Strong communication and collaboration skills. Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience. 12+ years of experience in software testing, with a focus on test automation.
