The People team supports employee lifecycle, benefits, engagement, and community-building efforts, ensuring smooth operations from recruitment to anniversaries. We are seeking a dynamic People Business Partner to collaborate closely with leaders across retail and corporate departments, driving People strategy and enhancing employee experience. The role reports to the Director, Talent Management. Responsibilities

Partner with leaders to create a top-tier employment experience. Support onboarding, compensation, performance, and development initiatives with People Operations. Collaborate with Talent Acquisition on resource planning, hiring, and interviews. Lead programs on performance management, manager development, and recognition. Identify root causes of issues and implement effective solutions. Provide data-driven insights to inform decisions and improve team effectiveness. Develop and deploy impactful policies and programs to support growth. Work proactively to evaluate future business and team needs. Support and guide employees at all levels. Qualifications

5+ years in a People Partner role within a fast-paced environment. Experience with hourly, retail, hospitality, or customer support populations. Strong skills in employee relations, talent management, compliance, and change management. Analytical skills and ability to influence through data. Proactive, autonomous work style. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Discretion handling sensitive information. Benefits
