Project Manager
to lead and support projects across cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate is a skilled communicator with a collaborative mindset, strong organizational skills, and a proven track record of successfully delivering projects on time and within scope. Key Responsibilities: Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of projects from initiation to close-out Develop detailed project documentation including project charters, timelines, meeting notes, status reports, and change management plans Facilitate project meetings and ensure alignment across stakeholders Communicate clearly and proactively with team members, leadership, and external partners Manage risks, issues, and project scope changes with professionalism and efficiency Foster a positive team environment with strong relationship-building and leadership skills Ensure projects meet business objectives, timelines, and budget parameters Required Qualifications: PMP Certification (if you don't have your PMP, they will help pay for you to get it) 3+ years of project management experience Exceptional interpersonal and people skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills Proven experience developing and maintaining high-quality documentation Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Jira, Smartsheet, or similar) Preferred Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Business, Communications, or a related field Experience managing both technical and non-technical projects Comfortable interacting with executives and senior leadership Seniority level
