Job Description:
ON SITE: 4 days/week required.
Parking is provided for contractors at this facility.
Network architect to provide data networking solutions and oversight regarding legacy telco services such as broadband internet circuits, cloud networking, wireless mobile service, etc.
Extensive knowledge and experience with Data and Network Monitoring technologies, standards, and practices for managing the broadband circuit portfolio.
Assist with the Data Networking services lifecycle from strategic planning to operations and financials, focusing on broadband circuits.
Wireless mobile phone and Data Networking expertise to specify business requirements for current & future services.
Perform Voice and Data Networking technology and operational assessments to manage legacy portfolio/tech debt and create future roadmaps.
Experience with wireless Intune MDM for device wireless settings configuration.
Manage general technology incidents and lead resolution efforts.
Understand best practices in service management, including contract and vendor management in outsourcing or shared service models.
Respond to and resolve customer/agency escalations.
Recommended Knowledge/Experiences:
Experience in State/Agency environments is a plus.
ITIL Foundations certification is desirable.
Experience deploying and managing broadband circuits and wireless phone solutions.
Experience in cloud networking.
Experience with Thousand Eyes network monitoring tool.
