We focus on catalyzing movements in impact investing and inclusive entrepreneurship, aiming to transform good intentions into meaningful actions to solve pressing social problems. The Digital Marketing and Communications Senior Associate is a key member of the Foundation’s Marketing and Communications team, responsible for raising awareness about the Foundation’s work and engaging with audiences across digital platforms, including the website, email, and social media channels. The role involves creating online thought leadership in areas such as civic engagement, inclusive entrepreneurship, impact investing, and social media for social good. Job Responsibilities: Support the implementation of the Foundation’s communications strategy in collaboration with the Marketing and Communications team. Develop original and curated content (articles, blog posts, opinion pieces) aligned with the Foundation’s key focus areas, working closely with the executive team. Manage and execute the editorial calendar, ensuring timely and accurate content publication. Represent the Foundation on social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, YouTube, and LinkedIn. Create and implement social media strategies to support community engagement, newsletters, and major initiatives. Collaborate on digital community engagement campaigns and manage online ad campaigns across platforms like Twitter, Facebook, and Google Ads. Lead email marketing strategies, including content creation and performance analysis. Stay informed on trends, policy developments, and innovations in relevant focus areas, and analyze engagement efforts for continuous improvement. Review analytics and metrics to optimize impact and efficiency. Participate in team brainstorming for innovative communication ideas. Maintain a calendar of speaking opportunities and assist in preparing materials for key events. Pitch stories and maintain media lists related to the Foundation and its leadership. The ideal candidate should possess: Excellent communication skills, both oral and written. Experience with social networking tools, online community engagement, and emerging communication technologies. Confidence in external and internal communications, with presentation skills. A collaborative, flexible, and proactive work attitude. An awareness of cultural and news trends. High energy, self-motivation, and opportunity awareness. Proficiency with Photoshop, Illustrator, Microsoft Office, social media management tools (e.g., Tweetdeck, Sprout Social), analytics (Google Analytics), email marketing (MailChimp), and familiarity with HTML and WordPress is preferred. Experience with media databases and Excel. Education and Experience: 2-5 years of relevant experience. A passion for social innovation and a drive to create change.
