Evaluate investment grade privately placed opportunities across various sectors. Analyze, structure, price, and manage complex transactions; present recommendations to credit committee. Perform quantitative and qualitative analysis for underwriting processes. Monitor investment portfolios and prepare credit update memos with recommendations. Coordinate investment processes with legal and portfolio management teams. Maintain asset allocation to enhance performance and manage risk. Develop financial models to support investment decisions. Assist in maintaining relationships with deal sponsors and investment banks. Prepare research and analysis on financially stressed companies. Engage with restructuring advisors and communicate with portfolio managers. Manage relationships with various stakeholders in distressed situations. Required Experience
3+ years of workout/restructuring experience. Experience managing troubled situations and workout negotiations. In-depth knowledge of credit investing, including high-yield and distressed opportunities. Experience with private placement note documentation. Qualifications
3+ years of relevant work experience required; 5+ years preferred. Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred; MBA or CFA is a plus. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with attention to detail. Compensation
Base Pay Range: $139,000 - $195,000 per year, with potential for performance-linked incentives.
