Job Summary:
As a Senior Recruiter at Acrisure, you will be a key member of a high-performing, sales-focused Talent Acquisition team. Your responsibilities include executing full-cycle recruitment for division-based roles, ensuring speed, quality, and a positive candidate experience. You will manage requisitions from intake to offer, engage top talent, and support revenue growth and operational performance.
This role focuses on recruitment support for
Always-On
requisitions—critical, frequently hired roles requiring a steady pipeline of qualified candidates. Success involves balancing speed and quality through robust sourcing, process execution, and strong partnership with the business.
Responsibilities:
Own the full recruitment lifecycle from intake to offer, ensuring consistent execution, stakeholder engagement, and process optimization.
Serve as a trusted talent advisor by understanding business priorities and aligning hiring strategies accordingly.
Lead intake and strategy sessions with hiring managers to define candidate profiles and set expectations using market data.
Proactively build and maintain talent pipelines for critical roles to support faster hiring.
Customize sourcing and outreach strategies for different candidate segments.
Communicate candidate value propositions effectively, highlighting Acrisure’s strengths.
Share market intelligence to inform hiring decisions and workforce planning.
Use recruiting metrics and external benchmarks to guide strategies.
Maintain focus on performance metrics like time to fill, quality of hire, and candidate experience.
Anticipate delays, identify risks, and provide solutions to move requisitions forward.
Provide regular updates and feedback to stakeholders and candidates.
Embrace stakeholder feedback and pursue continuous improvement.
Mentor other recruiters and contribute to process improvements.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, or related field, or equivalent experience.
7+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, including 2+ years recruiting sales or revenue-generating roles, preferably in insurance, finance, or professional services.
Proven success in pipeline development, candidate engagement, and data-driven decision-making.
Strong communication and consultative skills with business leaders.
Familiarity with ATS/CRM tools (Workday preferred) and data analysis.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver under pressure.

Candidates should be comfortable with onsite work within their division for collaboration and leadership.
