Growth Marketing Lead

Growth Marketing Lead
you’ll be at the heart of our customer acquisition engine—running experiments, analyzing data, and scaling what works, a scrappy, entrepreneurial mindset is key. What You’ll Do: Design, run, and optimize full-funnel growth campaigns across paid, owned, and earned channels (email, PPC, social, SEO, referral, content, etc.) Identify high-leverage growth opportunities through customer insights and data analysis Build and manage A/B tests to improve conversion rates across landing pages, ads, and email flows Collaborate with Sales and Service teams to ensure consistent messaging and seamless user experiences Use tools like Google Analytics, HubSpot, Meta Ads, and other platforms to track KPIs and report on campaign performance Own the growth roadmap and iterate fast—test, learn, scale, repeat What You Bring 3–5 years of experience in growth marketing, performance marketing, or demand generation Proven ability to design and execute data-driven experiments that deliver measurable results Familiarity with tools like Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, CRM and marketing automation platforms, and landing page builders A strong track record of driving revenue and conversions through more advanced bidding strategies Experience with A/B testing and experimentation (both creative and landing page), budgeting, and managing multiple stakeholders, including agency partners Strong analytical skills with confidence running reports, building dashboards, and digging into performance data to drive insights A bias for action—you move fast, learn fast, and improve fast Bonus points if you’ve worked in a startup or fast-scaling environment Why you should work with us: Competitive compensation based on experience and performance.
