Senior Graphic Designer

to join their dynamic in-house creative team. This is a unique opportunity to take creative ownership of high-impact branding and packaging design projects from concept to completion. You’ll collaborate directly with family ownership, sales, and marketing teams to develop and execute visually stunning work that brings premium products and compelling brand stories to life. What You’ll Do: As a Senior Graphic Designer, you’ll play a strategic and hands-on role in delivering world-class visual design across a variety of packaging and identity projects. You’ll manage your own projects and contribute to team-wide creative efforts in a fast-paced, detail-driven environment. Key Responsibilities: Lead the design and execution of packaging, branding, and marketing assets

Translate strategic direction into high-quality design outcomes

Collaborate with stakeholders, vendors, and creative partners to ensure quality and alignment

Present concepts with clarity and rationale; accept and offer constructive feedback

Mentor junior designers and contribute to elevating overall team creativity

Manage timelines, priorities, and quality assurance across concurrent projects

What We’re Looking For: We’re seeking a design leader with a sharp eye, creative vision, and deep passion for premium product design. You bring: 5+ years of experience in graphic design, with a strong focus on packaging and brand identity

A degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Packaging, or a related field (BFA preferred)

A strong portfolio showcasing conceptual thinking and high-quality execution

Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)

Professional working knowledge of Microsoft Office tools

Excellent communication skills – confident in articulating ideas and receiving feedback

Strong organizational skills and ability to juggle multiple projects and deadlines

Experience in the wine, spirits, or luxury CPG industry is a significant advantage

Ability to sketch, visualize concepts, and guide production execution

A positive, collaborative attitude and a proactive, solution-oriented mindset
