Base pay range
$80,000.00/yr - $140,000.00/yr AXON Networks delivers a robust AI-driven, analytics-based orchestration platform and a wide portfolio of next-gen high-speed routers that leverage the newest Wi-Fi technologies. Together, these technologies give ISPs the ability to manage and troubleshoot their networks in real time, and to deliver an outstanding customer experience. AXON Networks is a trusted strategic partner for its customers, helping them evaluate their current technologies and business models, and creating and executing strategies that enable them to innovate faster, accelerate their digital transformations, and strengthen their relationships with consumers. AXON Networks is headquartered in Irvine, CA USA with Asia HQ in Singapore and also operating in Denmark, Spain and Vietnam. Responsibilities: As a DevOps Engineer, you will play a critical role in bridging the gap between development and operations. You will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining scalable CI/CD pipelines, automating infrastructure, and ensuring the reliability of AXON Networks' mission-critical systems. Design, build, and maintain CI/CD pipelines to support application and infrastructure deployments. Automate provisioning and configuration of cloud-based and on-premises environments. Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues across networking, application, and database layers. Collaborate with development, QA, and operations teams to streamline software delivery processes. Implement and manage Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) using tools like Terraform, Ansible, or equivalent. Enhance system observability through metrics, logging, and alerting using tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, or ELK Stack. Maintain high availability and reliability for critical networking systems by implementing failover mechanisms and disaster recovery strategies. Work closely with security teams to ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices. Participate in on-call rotations to address critical incidents and ensure rapid resolution. Requirements: Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience). 3+ years of experience as a DevOps Engineer or similar role. Proficiency in scripting languages such as Python, Bash. Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools like Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD, CircleCI, or ArgoCD. Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud. Strong understanding of networking concepts, including DNS, routing, and load balancing. Experience with version control systems like Git. Excellent problem-solving and communication skills. A plus if you have: Experience in the networking industry or managing networking-specific applications. Knowledge of TR-069 or similar networking protocols. Certifications in cloud platforms (AWS Certified DevOps Engineer, Azure DevOps Engineer Expert, etc.). Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies. Due to the on-site nature of this role, we are only considering candidates who currently reside in or near Irvine, CA.
