95,000 / yr + Bonus + Full Benefits

The Associate Foreclosure Attorney is responsible for handling bankruptcy matters for the firm. They will utilize legal knowledge and experience to facilitate the bankruptcy process on behalf of our clients. Duties & Responsibilities: Preparation, review, and approval of bankruptcy related pleadings. Handle all aspects of bankruptcy matters including Proof of Claims, Motions for Relief, Objections, Responses to Objections, Payment Change Notices, Settlements and Adversary Proceedings. Participation in mediations, depositions, telephonic hearings, in-person hearings. Regular client meetings/updates. Other duties and special projects as assigned. Requirements Juris Doctorate. Licensed and in good standing with the State Bar. 0-3 years bankruptcy experience. Ability to manage and prioritize large caseload. Demonstrates strong written and verbal communication skills. Effectively communicates with all clients (via client systems, e-mail, and phone). Provides exceptional client service. Identifies and resolves problems in a timely manner. Conscientious with respect to work completion, deadlines, time management and attendance. Analytical and detail oriented, while working at a fast pace and capable of multi-tasking. Excellent problem solving and organizational skills. Admission to the bar in Georgia (State, Federal, and Bankruptcy courts) with CM/ECF filing credentials Required Skills

Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree Admission to the bar (State, Federal, and Bankruptcy courts) with CM/ECF filing credentials Strong knowledge of secured creditor issues Detail-oriented with excellent multitasking and prioritization skills Strong interpersonal and communication skills Preferred or Nice-to-have Skills

Experience working in a team environment and with senior management Years of Experience: Minimum of 2 years' experience representing creditors in bankruptcy/insolvency matters

Industry Experience: Experience in the financial services and real estate industry, specifically in bankruptcy law
