Inviting applications for the role of Principal Consultant, Production Support Project Manager – Batch Operations In this role, you will be responsible for coding, testing, and delivering high quality deliverables, and should be willing to learn new technologies. Responsibilities Assign consultant resources to support refinement and execution of the Technology PMO Framework to support the Technology delivery. Own/Drive key functions within the Horizon Technology PMO Framework including Initiative Coverage, Risk and Issue Management, Dependency Management, Reporting and Communications. Participate/Lead Technology PMO Leadership Meetings, Program Status Meetings and Senior Stakeholder Meetings. Prepare and review meeting materials (Status Meetings, Leadership Meetings, Senior Management Meetings). Understand and explain the scope of work between all client tech departments and vendors when applicable. Ensure the design and data handoffs from the coverage area align with the design and data requirements of the upstream and downstream applications reliant on this data. Explain process workflows to all interested parties outside the execution team from business, operational, and technical perspectives. Track progress, report status of tech PMO, raise concerns and roadblocks for transparency. Create runbooks for critical program milestones including UAT & Production Parallel, ensuring integration into the larger plan. Lead planning and execution of projects within the batch operations domain. Monitor batch production performance, identify and resolve issues, and optimize efficiency. Qualifications we seek in you! Minimum Qualifications BE/B Tech/MCA Excellent written and verbal communication skills Preferred Qualifications/Skills Strong experience in Investment Management, understanding trade lifecycle. Engage with existing PMO team/leadership and Program Managers to understand frameworks and processes. Manage “end of day” Batch incidents in partnership with application development and support teams. Impact analysis of job abends and root cause analysis. Manage delays to critical milestones, failures, and notify downstream teams. Handle recovery instructions for job and batch abends (mainframe and distributed). Communicate incidents greater than severity S5. Identify and implement opportunities for efficiency improvements. Monitor milestone timelines and deviations. Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Excellent problem-solving, critical thinking, time management, and organizational skills. Ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders. Adaptability and flexibility in a fast-paced environment. The approximate annual base salary range for this position is $60,000 to $75,000.
