Design Project Manager
to join the HIROTEC AMERICA, Inc. team. Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Review project proposals to determine time frames, funding limitations, procedures, and resource allocation. Provide direct customer contact and attend design review meetings. Explain technical aspects for overall project management of the design. Manage and maintain work plans, assign duties, responsibilities, and scope of authority. Consult with project personnel to provide technical advice and resolve design issues. Maintain project timelines and budgets. Keep a Job Log on tooling changes and document customer-made changes. Attend and document all Standard Component Buy-Offs. Requirements:
Bachelor's degree and/or at least ten years of design experience, particularly in automotive Body In White processing and tooling. Knowledge of blueprint reading, manual design, and CAD systems (UG, AutoCAD, IDEAS, CATIA). Exceptional leadership skills. Strong understanding of the automotive industry, especially closures/BIW OEM. Proficiency in Microsoft Office products. Technical problem-solving aptitude. Excellent interpersonal, communication, organizational, teamwork, and leadership skills. Benefits:
