Electrical Construction Project Manager for the Midwest region . This is a site-based position that requires extensive travel to jobsite locations, supported by our Lenexa, Kansas office. Travel and Compensation:

Travel extensively when assigned to out-of-area jobsites. Manage electrical construction projects or assist senior management on large-scale projects in or around the Midwest, overseeing field staff, subcontractors, and vendors. Ensure compliance with contract documents, budgets, safety, and legal requirements. Coordinate project scheduling and construction activities. Monitor project accounting and profitability. Maintain positive relationships with clients, vendors, subcontractors, inspectors, community officials, and P1 staff. Lead subordinates per P1's leadership model. Contribute to project success by ensuring timely and within-budget completion. Qualifications and Skills

High school diploma or GED required. Minimum 3 years experience:

Managing electrical construction projects, overseeing electrical work directly. Preferred: Bachelors degree in construction or electrical engineering, or at least five years of electrical trade experience/training/education. Experience in Mission Critical or Advanced Technologies construction projects is a plus. Strong communication skills (verbal and written). Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Excel, Outlook. Ability to pass background checks, drug screening, and motor vehicle record checks. Valid drivers license, access to a well-maintained vehicle, and current insurance coverage.
