Job Description This role facilitates the optimization of business unit performance by enhancing the alignment between business processes and information technology. The responsibilities include actively resolving day-to-day technology needs, analyzing processes, dissecting problems, and suggesting solutions. It involves complex systems process analysis, design, and simulation, requiring an understanding of technical problems and solutions in relation to current and future business environments.

The role also includes suggesting plans to integrate new and existing processes, supporting planning and prioritization for business process engineering activities, and developing the business unit process engineering plan aligned with the corporate plan. The candidate should leverage both IT solutions and business process improvements, participate in continuous review and updates of processes, identify and analyze gaps, design new processes, develop performance measures, and plan transitions to new processes. Providing counsel and leadership on future technology use and business process improvements is essential, requiring a high level of understanding of business systems and industry requirements. Expertise in strategic planning, tactical execution, project management, process management, and business systems requirements definition is required.

Job Requirements

Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field, or equivalent work experience.

7 years of IT experience, 4 years in process engineering, and 2 years in project management.

Requires specialized expertise.

Ability to interpret business issues and recommend best practices.

Initiative to solve complex problems and propose innovative solutions.

Ability to work independently and lead functional teams or projects.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with Conga CLM and contract management systems.

Advanced Microsoft Word skills.

Experience with contract templates and alternative language.

Additional Information This is a Hybrid role requiring 3 days in office and 2 days remote.

Compensation: $82,700.00 - $149,300.00. Exact salary may vary based on skills, experience, and location.
