As a Dallas-based Batbox Brand Coordinator, you are the engine behind our brand communication and campaign execution, with a primary focus on social media management. You oversee our day-to-day presence across platforms and ensure that every post, message, and guest interaction reflects the Batbox voice and energy.
In addition to managing content calendars and messaging across owned channels, you bring value as a visual storyteller. You support the Creative Manager with junior-level graphic design projects, helping to bring campaigns to life through clean, consistent, and engaging visuals.
You play a critical role in connecting the dots between strategy and execution across our brand, social, and creative efforts. Reporting To
The Brand Coordinator reports to the Creative Manager.
Job Responsibilities (include but not limited to)
Messaging & Calendar Management
Own and manage the full marketing communications (Marcom) calendar, ensuring all brand campaigns, content, and programs are aligned and delivered on schedule
Write, review, and schedule all social media messaging, including social captions, responses, engagement, and collaboration with UGC creators and influencers
Ensure all content supports brand goals and aligns with campaign themes, guest experience goals, and business priorities
Social Media Management
Oversee daily activity across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube
Act as the voice of Batbox on social media—responding to comments, engaging with fans, and staying active in real-time moments
Monitor performance and engagement metrics, identifying top-performing content and opportunities for growth
Stay ahead of social trends and propose ways for Batbox to join or lead conversations creatively
Brand Oversight & Coordination
Work with the Creative Manager and Content Creator to request, brief, and review creative assets for campaigns and brand initiatives
Collaborate with the Digital Marketing Manager to ensure consistency between paid and organic messaging
Graphic Design Support
Support the Creative Manager by producing simple branded assets, including social graphics, email headers, digital signage, internal templates, and presentation decks
Use Adobe Creative Suite to execute small design tasks with efficiency and brand accuracy
Maintain and update asset libraries and assist with formatting or adapting designs for different platforms
Campaign & Partnership Support
Coordinate influencer activations, including outreach, communication, and deliverable tracking
Contribute to the execution of brand-led activations, events, and seasonal initiatives
Support loyalty program messaging and guest communication strategy
Assist with PR agency support, including press materials and brand coverage tracking
Trend Monitoring & Brand Growth
Stay current on social, cultural, and design trends to help keep Batbox content relevant and on-brand
Bring fresh, creative ideas to the table for content themes, formats, and guest engagement
Qualifications
1 to 3 years of experience in content creation for a consumer, entertainment, or lifestyle brand
Graphic Design experience in Adobe Creative Suite
Understanding of social media platforms, including Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube
Strong communication, planning, and time management skills

What We Offer
$55,000 - $70,000 USD base salary, depending on experience and qualifications
