Job Description: Fidelity Asset Management Solutions (FAMS) is seeking a Full Stack Software Engineer to join a dynamic engineering team. You will be a hands-on developer contributing to building a suite of Micro-Services and User Interfaces, collaborating with Team Leads, Product Owners, Architects, Business Partners, and peers. You will focus on developing Global Asset Allocation capabilities, including portfolio construction, implementation, and Liability-Driven Investment (LDI) strategies. Additionally, you'll contribute to Multi-Portfolio Risk Analytics, an engaging aspect of the role. This position is only for Merrimack, Boston locations. Expertise We Are Looking For: BS/MS in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or equivalent, with a desire to learn more. Minimum of 6 years of design and development experience. Extensive experience in Spring Boot, Angular (RXJS), Java, RESTful services, Oracle SQL, PLSQL, and familiarity with at least one other technology. Ability to set high standards in practices like Unit testing, Automation, ATDD, DevOps, CI/CD, design, and code reviews. Experience with ATDD, Karate, Cypress, Storybook, PlayWright, or similar frameworks is a plus. Exposure to Cloud Technologies such as AWS and Kubernetes is advantageous. Enjoy working in Agile teams focused on delivering incremental business value. Strong collaborator with positive relationship-building skills. Effective communicator capable of conveying technical concepts and influencing stakeholders. Experience in translating high-level requirements into solutions.
