Motivate, mentor, and energize your team to provide exceptional customer service and meet sales goals. Customer Care Champion:

Ensure every customer feels welcomed, cared for, and guided to the right solutions for their pets. Master Operations:

Manage scheduling, inventory, cash handling, and store presentation with precision and efficiency. Product Pro:

Stay on top of the latest trends in pet care and nutrition, and pass that expertise on to your team. Animal Advocate:

Oversee the care of in-store animals, ensuring their health, happiness, and well-being. Visual Merchandiser:

Create an inviting and visually stunning store that's as fun to shop in as it is to work in.. REQUIREMENTS: Leadership Skills:

You've got proven experience leading a team in a retail environment and know how to inspire and connect. Customer Service Star Power:

Exceptional people skills and the ability to build lasting relationships with customers and team members alike. Operational Know-How:

Strong organizational skills and the ability to juggle schedules, inventory, and store operations seamlessly. Passion for Pets:

A genuine love for animals and a deep commitment to their well-being. Retail Rockstar Experience:

3+ years of retail management experience, preferably in the pet industry.
