About Us: We are the first Solana-verifiable computation framework that allows developers to outsource complex computations off-chain while generating cryptographic proofs that can be verified on-chain. It contains a suite of developer tools and a prover network, enabling builders to create and deploy verifiable applications with integration into a decentralized proof network. Currently supporting the RISC Zero zkVM, with plans to expand, we transform Solana into a ZK-capable chain, enabling privacy-focused, high-complexity use cases for Solana applications. Position Overview: We’re seeking a talented CTO to help build and scale our engineering team. Our mission is to accelerate verifiable computation adoption on Solana, adding safety, verifiability, and trustlessness to its vision of internet capital markets. As our engineering leader, you'll shape the future of Solana while developing a high-performance, scalable, and decentralized computation network. If you're passionate about open-source, building impactful solutions, and thrive in a high-ownership environment, we’d love to hear from you! Key Responsibilities: Lead our technical roadmap, participate in code reviews, and help shape our engineering culture. Design, develop, and maintain high-performance backend systems and APIs to support our proving service integrations and infrastructure platform. Identify bottlenecks and optimize infrastructure performance to handle increasing proof request volumes and user demands. Support developer teams building on us to ensure seamless integration of infrastructure components with different applications. Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code while adhering to open-source best practices. Continuously improve system architecture, security, and stay current with industry standards and emerging cryptographic primitives. Qualifications: 3-5 years of experience with Rust. 3+ years of experience building and maintaining high-scale production systems or Solana infrastructure tools. Solid experience writing Solana programs (Anchor and Pinocchio). 2+ years in a technical leadership role. 1+ years with zkVMs and writing zk programs (preferably Risc0, Succinct, Groth16). Proficiency with cloud services (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes). Ability to work autonomously, communicate effectively, and collaborate remotely. Excellent problem-solving skills and a passion for technology. Additional Qualifications: Experience with building prover networks. Prior startup or fast-paced environment experience. Shared vision of how verifiable computation advances Solana’s Internet Capital Markets thesis. Why Join Us? Competitive USD salary, equity, and benefits. Flexible, remote-friendly work hours. Opportunities for professional growth in a rapidly evolving field. Impactful projects shaping the future of Solana. Interview Process: Behavioral interview focusing on experience, leadership, priorities, and values. Technical interview with a take-home or timed challenge demonstrating Rust skills and understanding of our tech stack. Final interview (TBD). Location:
