Responsibilites
Manage day-to-day operations and annual growth mission of agency’s strategy department while leading campaign development for significant clients. Develop strategic processes, data and research tools, and set quality expectations across the department. Make hiring decisions for strategy team, craft strategy staffing plans based on scopes of work, and lead weekly resource management meetings. Work across both global and national client engagements. Serve as critical lead for the agency’s new business pitches and annual growth objectives. Design strategic frameworks and develop campaigns for Fortune 500 client that work globally but can be adapted locally for specific product launches and local market initiatives. Ideal Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Business Management/Administration, Marketing, Corporate Communication, or Advertising, and 5 years of post-Bachelor’s experience in the position offered or in advertising strategy or planning role(s). At least one year of required experience must have included:
Managing a strategy team of at least three (3) in developing strategies for integrated campaigns. Leading strategic development for Fortune 500 and/or Fortune Global 500 client brand(s). Developing strategies for global brand presence in digital marketing channels. Building relationships with Director and VP level clients. Developing strategies for winning new business pitches. Conducting market research, creative briefing, workshops, communications planning, creative development, content strategy, customer experience mapping, value proposition creation, and brand strategy development. #LI-DNI
COMPENSATION
Salary Range:
