Position Overview:
We are the Business Technology Office (BTO) team within Freddie Macs Investments and Capital Markets division (I&CM)! This is an opportunity to join a fast-paced team that collaborates with all areas of the business as a Developer, Senior! Within Loan Portfolio Management and Structuring team, you will work closely with LPMS and other trading desks, finance team and technology teams to provide solution to highly visible business requirements, by designing, developing, and testing new functionalities and supporting enhancements and production issues. Creating sophisticated, value-added, analytic systems that support trading decisions, investment decisions (firm and / or client driven), research activities, underwriting and deal structuring. Your Impact:
Responsible for analytical, statistical modeling, and forecasting methods.
Provides resolutions to an extensive range of complicated problems.
Solutions are innovative, thorough, and practicable.
Represents the organization as the principal customer contact on contracts and often performs project leadership role.
Interacts with senior customer personnel on significant technical matters frequently requiring coordination across organizational lines.
Works under limited direction, independently determines and develops approach to solutions.
Qualifications:
5 - 7 years related experience.
College Degree or equivalent experience; advanced studies/degree preferred.
Ability to create sophisticated systems using in Java, Angular, SpringBoot, and Microsoft SQL server.
Ability to communicate across the organization to various partners.

Self-starter who can independently come up with solution to complex problems.
Good communication skill.

This position has an annualized market-based salary range of $130,000 - $196,000 and is eligible to participate in the annual incentive program.
