Benefits: Competitive salary Job Description: Short Description: *Hybrid position - Must be willing and able to report on-site to DC offices 1x every 2 weeks. Complete Description: Duties: Identify network problems, and recommend improvements to ensure optimal performance; Ability to monitor and analyze data traffic patterns within the OCFO Network infrastructure; Enhance security by staying informed about the latest security threats, worms, and malware, and advise on mitigation strategies; Ensure network reliability through proactive actions; Develop strategic systems architecture plans based on extensive experience; Manage Storage infrastructure (NetApp Storage) and related technologies including virtualization, arrays, FC/FCOE, NFS, iSCSI; Design and administer VMware Infrastructure, including full integration with SAN for VMotion and VMware SRM multi-site administration; Apply advanced knowledge of disaster recovery and business continuity processes and tools; Manage Active Directory services, ensuring operational stability and maintenance; Design and build solutions utilizing on-premise computer, networking, and storage technologies using Azure cloud; lead large-scale cloud projects; Configure routers, switches, firewalls, and other appliances in compliance with OCFO security standards; Monitor security measures within the network perimeter to prevent breaches and safeguard information. Responsibilities: Establish enterprise information assurance and security standards; Develop and implement security standards and procedures; Coordinate and evaluate security programs, recommending solutions; Identify, report, and resolve security violations; Define and satisfy security requirements based on analysis of user, policy, regulatory, and resource demands; Support high-level customers in developing and implementing security doctrine and policies; Apply expertise to government and commercial systems requiring specialized security features; Design, develop, and implement security features for system architectures; Analyze security requirements for various computer systems; Develop and deploy security solutions and ensure system security and functionality; Perform vulnerability and risk analyses throughout the system development lifecycle; Provide technical support for information assurance issues. Qualifications: 16+ years of experience in developing, maintaining, and enhancing IS policies and requirements; 16+ years of experience in vulnerability and risk analyses; 16+ years of experience in reporting and resolving security violations; Experience with Cloud-Azure (Highly Desired); Experience in complex enterprise projects; Expertise in Windows server OS; Knowledge of on-premise and cloud security products; Understanding of IP Networks/Security; Extensive troubleshooting experience with NetApp SAN; Knowledge of SAN replication and disaster recovery (Highly Desired); Hands-on management of storage on VMware ESXi; Understanding of server/endpoint OS; Experience troubleshooting Windows 2016 AD; Experience with Disaster Recovery & Avoidance planning; VMware Site Recovery Manager experience (Highly Desired); Strong troubleshooting skills for IT infrastructure (Highly Desired). Education: Bachelor's Degree in IT or related field or equivalent experience (20 years) (Required); Master's Degree in IT or related field or equivalent experience (Highly Desired); Security certifications: CISSP, Security+, CEH (Required).
