Logicalis . Summary Provides pre-sales technical engineering support to Account Executives and clients as an integral part of the full sales process. Focuses on technical solutions for mid-size and enterprise accounts, working closely with clients to determine how Logicalis solutions can best serve their needs. Offers end-to-end solutions for data center technologies, including traditional on-premises (server, storage, hypervisor, and backup) and hybrid technologies. Communicates effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Produces accurate designs and proposals using Logicalis technologies, services, and methodologies. Conducts assessments, studies, and surveys to gather data; analyzes data to advise and recommend solutions. Qualifies new business opportunities from a technical perspective, ensuring alignment with target markets and capabilities. Writes Statements of Work (SOWs) for Logicalis Professional Services. Designs and configures complex solution components. Proposes solution elements, configurations, and implementation details. Prepares for and conducts client proof of concepts and product demonstrations. Promotes Logicalis services to broaden client engagement. Advises service delivery teams to ensure successful implementation. Helps clients understand the benefits of solutions. Interfaces with vendor and manufacturer teams. Provides product and solution training for sales teams and clients. Mentors team members and participates in complex client projects. Keeps up-to-date with latest solutions and services. Builds relationships with clients through strong listening skills and trust-building. Participates in regional and national events and team meetings. Demonstrates commitment to Logicalis mission and values. Ensures adherence to applicable laws, policies, and procedures. Supports customer service and professional conduct. Supervisory Responsibilities This job has no supervisory responsibilities. Qualifications Requires a combination of education, experience, and certifications. Accommodations will be made for individuals with disabilities. Education Bachelors degree in computer science, business, management, or related field. Experience / Technical Requirements At least 4 years in a technical pre-sales role with experience in storage solutions, SAN technologies, hybrid cloud, HCI, backup solutions, virtualization, and enterprise solution design. Knowledge of OEM quoting tools and business case development. Certifications Storage technical certifications from leading vendors (IBM, HPE, NetApp, Pure, Cisco). Other relevant certifications (VMware, Microsoft, Cloud). Other Skills and Abilities Excellent communication, problem-solving, and project management skills. Ability to translate client needs into technology solutions. Willingness to travel and participate in career development. Physical Demands Includes sitting, standing, talking, seeing, hearing, using hands and arms, and occasional lifting up to 10 pounds. Accommodations available for disabilities.
