Job Description We are seeking a ServiceNow Technical Architect responsible for designing the ITSM system architecture and overseeing implementation programs to ensure proper deployment. The Technical Architect - ServiceNow will be part of a team supporting clients in understanding and optimizing their ServiceNow environments. This role focuses on implementing, configuring, and managing the ServiceNow platform, with expertise in ServiceNow modules and best practices for deployment. The candidate should have a strong process definition background, practical experience with ServiceNow implementations, and be capable of leading technical aspects of projects, particularly in delivering successful customer outcomes related to ITSM, ITOM, ITBM, and ITAM modules. Responsibilities Implement and configure ServiceNow Platform, focusing on ITSM, ITOM, ITBM, and ITAM modules Support process re-engineering, gap analysis, and improvement initiatives during client workshops Advise clients on maximizing their ServiceNow investments and enhancing business processes Lead technical project delivery and solution implementation Provide ongoing support and best practice guidance for ServiceNow Configure and develop modules to meet client-specific business needs Collaborate with clients to ensure configurations meet requirements, including drafting user stories, acceptance criteria, and testing strategies Train and oversee client system administrators Support ServiceNow implementation and ongoing operations Consult on process improvements and service enhancements Ensure data accuracy in hardware and software asset management within ServiceNow Identify and advise on resolving potential issues within client environments Stay updated on industry trends and new ServiceNow features Participate in client kick-off and discovery calls to define requirements and system topography Support sales activities as needed Ensure timely delivery of all work according to KPIs and project timelines Assist internal teams in managing project expectations and timelines Mentor team members and provide ServiceNow expertise to sales teams Represent SHI at conferences and industry events Contribute to business objectives and key initiatives, particularly in ITAM Maintain and enhance industry knowledge through ongoing training and certifications
