Job Details
Design, build, and deploy AI and LLM-based applications to automate and optimize accounting and financial processes. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product, ops, engineering, and customers) to identify high-impact areas where AI can drive business transformation. Develop robust, scalable prototypes and production systems using Python, Java, C#, and other modern tools. Build predictive models to analyze and forecast financial trends, lending activity, and other key metrics. Own the end-to-end development of new AI features, from ideation through production, with a focus on scalability, maintainability, and performance. Evaluate and integrate cutting-edge AI platforms, frameworks, and APIs into our systems. Rapidly iterate on prototypes and production features using automated tooling and prompt engineering techniques. Provide training and support to internal users to ensure successful adoption and effective use of AI tools. Stay current on the rapidly evolving AI landscape and proactively bring relevant advancements into the organization.
Qualifications
5+ years of professional software engineering experience, with at least 2 years focused on AI/ML systems
Hands-on experience building and deploying models in production
Expertise in Python (strongly preferred), with experience in Java, C#, or similar languages.
